Mobile Device Information
We collect certain mobile device information (for example operating system version, device model numbers, unique device identifiers, device location, battery statistics, and network connection status). The information may be obtained from your use of the Pago mobile applications and from logs created if a Pago mobile application crashes. The information is used to monitor mobile application performance and to help us resolve technical issues. We utilize the Near Field Communication capabilities and location services of your mobile device to enable certain features of our mobile applications. When using the mobile applications, your approximate location and other information may be shared with other users in your registered account. You will have the option to opt out of location tracking in the mobile applications. Additionally, we access the local storage on your device to store and retrieve application data.
Use of Information
We use the information you submit to provide you with services you request and to give you a personalized website and mobile application experience. We occasionally use your name and email address to send you notifications regarding changes in Pago Services or policies, or to inform you of new website and mobile application features. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent.
Changing and Removing Information
Access and control of the personal information you have provided is available by accessing your account page. You may request that your personal information be removed from Pago by deactivating your account. Information removed from Pago may persist in backup copies for a period of time but will not be readily accessible.
Pago takes appropriate precautions, both physical and operational, to protect your personal information. Your information is located within a secure network behind a firewall. When you provide especially sensitive personal information, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer (SSL) technology.
Pago is committed to working with users of our Services to obtain a fair resolution of any complaint or concern about privacy.
