This Privacy Policy applies to personal and mobile device information we collect in the usual course of business including through the websites, products, software, and mobile applications (collectively, “Services”) operated by Pago (a dba of Farm Payment Technologies, Inc.) This Privacy Policy applies to both unregistered and registered usage of Pago Services. By using or accessing Pago Services, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Personal Information

We collect certain personal information that you choose to submit during your registration and subsequent updates to your personal profile. We automatically collect some non-personal information such as browser type, operating system, and IP address to help monitor the use and performance of our websites and mobile applications. Mobile Device Information

We collect certain mobile device information (for example operating system version, device model numbers, unique device identifiers, device location, battery statistics, and network connection status). The information may be obtained from your use of the Pago mobile applications and from logs created if a Pago mobile application crashes. The information is used to monitor mobile application performance and to help us resolve technical issues. We utilize the Near Field Communication capabilities and location services of your mobile device to enable certain features of our mobile applications. When using the mobile applications, your approximate location and other information may be shared with other users in your registered account. You will have the option to opt out of location tracking in the mobile applications. Additionally, we access the local storage on your device to store and retrieve application data.

Use of Information

We use the information you submit to provide you with services you request and to give you a personalized website and mobile application experience. We occasionally use your name and email address to send you notifications regarding changes in Pago Services or policies, or to inform you of new website and mobile application features. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent.

The Pago website and mobile applications may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our site and to read the privacy policy statements of each and every website that collects personal information.

Changing and Removing Information

Access and control of the personal information you have provided is available by accessing your account page. You may request that your personal information be removed from Pago by deactivating your account. Information removed from Pago may persist in backup copies for a period of time but will not be readily accessible.

When you provide especially sensitive personal information, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer (SSL) technology.
